Our initial company is planned as a Lithuanian UAB based in Vilnius. The first phase is deliberately lean: validate the collection model, build the core software, establish the required regulatory pathway and secure the relationships needed for treatment and compliance.
We intend to grow from business and IT collection into a broader reverse-logistics network, using operating data to improve route density, documentation and customer service.
